Walt Disney World 2027: Making Sense of Spring Offers, Festivals, and After Hours

Disney has opened three promotions for selected 2027 stays. Here is how the offers, EPCOT festivals, and Disney After Hours dates can affect your hotel, itinerary, and vacation budget.

Walt Disney World opened several savings options for 2027 vacations on September 10, 2026. This matters most for travelers able to visit between January and July, when Disney Resorts Collection discounts overlap with two major EPCOT seasons and Disney After Hours dates at three parks. These are not interchangeable deals for every trip: each has its own stay window, selected inventory, and requirements.

The highest-dollar promotion advertises savings of up to $250 per night on select four-night, four-day room-and-ticket packages. It applies to select nights from January 3 through July 28, 2027. Separately, select Disney Resorts Collection rooms can save up to 25% for select nights from January 3 through April 29, 2027. Both offers have been available to book since September 10, 2026.

Eligible Disney Visa Cardmembers have a separate offer of up to 30% off select stays of five nights or longer during select January and February weekends. Its overall travel window is also January 3 through April 29, 2027. The maximum percentage is not promised for every room category or date, so travelers should compare the final cost of each available option before choosing a hotel, tickets, and trip length.

Three promotions, three ways to build a vacation

The four-night, four-day package deserves attention from families already planning to purchase tickets and stay on property. Savings can reach $250 per night, but only on select packages, resorts, and nights. Four park days do not require visiting each park only once; the format can support two EPCOT days during festival season or extra time at the group’s favorite park. Still, travelers should not assume their preferred hotel, ticket type, or dates will be included.

The room-only discount of up to 25% may suit visitors who have already handled tickets, are staying fewer than four nights, or prioritize a specific resort category. It ends on April 29, so it does not cover May, June, or July. The Disney Visa offer of up to 30% requires eligible Cardmember status, a stay of at least five nights, and a participating January or February weekend; it does not automatically replace the other offers.

  • Room-and-ticket package: up to $250 per night; four nights/four days; select nights January 3-July 28.

  • Room only: up to 25%; select nights January 3-April 29.

  • Eligible Disney Visa Cardmembers: up to 30%; five or more nights and select January and February weekends, within the January 3-April 29 window.

EPCOT splits spring into two distinct experiences

The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will run from January 15 through March 1, 2027, one week longer than the announced customary length. The park will feature visual, culinary, and performing arts, plus the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series at America Gardens Theatre. Family-friendly experiences tied to the artwork of Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game are also planned. It is a strong fit for food-minded adults, couples on short breaks, and families seeking creative activities alongside attractions.

The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival follows from March 10 through May 31, 2027. Gardens, floral landscapes, character-inspired topiaries, Outdoor Kitchens, and the Garden Rocks Concert Series create a more strolling-oriented daytime experience. Hands-on family activities and gardening inspiration are part of the season, although complete food and beverage menus have not yet been detailed. Travelers hoping to experience both festivals need two trips or must accept the gap between March 1 and March 10; their calendars do not overlap.

When Disney After Hours may justify an extra expense

Disney After Hours returns on select 2027 nights with limited capacity, attraction access after regular park closing, and snacks plus select bottled beverages included with admission. Tickets also allow entry a few hours before the event officially begins. That can create an efficient late afternoon and evening for guests short on time, travelers seeking potentially shorter waits, or repeat visitors wanting high-demand attractions without using as many daytime park hours.

Magic Kingdom Park has select dates from January 11 through July 19; Disney’s Hollywood Studios from January 16 through August 25; and EPCOT from January 21 through August 19. Featured attractions include TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise, Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

Itineraries that use each window well

January and February can favor a five-night-or-longer stay for eligible Disney Visa Cardmembers who find a participating weekend, particularly if they want Festival of the Arts and an After Hours night. A balanced outline includes one full EPCOT festival day, a second EPCOT visit for concerts or food, two additional parks, and After Hours at the park that best matches the group. The Visa offer should not determine the itinerary by itself; confirm that net savings exceed any rate or date differences.

March and April are more natural for the room-only discount of up to 25% and Flower & Garden. Families wanting four park days can compare that discount against the four-night, four-day package, which remains available through July. For May, June, and through July 28, the package is the published offer that retains that travel window, while the room discount ends April 29.

  • Cultural getaway: January or February, Festival of the Arts, and one After Hours night.

  • Garden-focused vacation: March 10-April 29, Flower & Garden, and a room-versus-package comparison.

  • Early summer trip: April 30-July 28, evaluate the four-night, four-day package for select nights.

Budget, hotel, and booking decisions

Published savings should be treated as one part of the total vacation budget, not as automatic spending money. Resort rates, room category, tickets, airfare, meals, insurance, and shopping can all vary. A package may simplify purchasing, while a room-only reservation can be better when tickets are handled differently or the stay length changes.

Before confirming, compare the same dates and hotel under every available option; check the number of nights, ticket days, selected After Hours park, and Disney Visa eligibility rules when relevant. Ask for the final price, participating categories, and change or cancellation terms applicable to the reservation. These are select-night calendars, so being within a travel window does not ensure availability or the highest discount. Booking early may expand choices, but an informed decision matters more than chasing the largest percentage.

Spring 2027 offers an unusual combination: Festival of the Arts from January 15 through March 1, Flower & Garden from March 10 through May 31, and After Hours into August depending on the park. The best choice depends less on the offer’s name than on the match among dates, trip length, and what each traveler wants to experience.

For four nights and four days, the package may deliver meaningful savings through July 28. For stays outside that format, the room rate through April 29 or the Disney Visa benefit for eligible guests staying five nights or longer may work better. Comparing final totals helps avoid paying for components that will not be used.
