For travelers building a 2027 vacation, this matters even before rates are released. Room capacities, full kitchens, laundry facilities, and shared living areas will shape which accommodations are worth targeting. A 967-room opening built for different travel styles

Lake Houses: a more private Bay Lake stay

Lake Houses will be standalone accommodations, exclusive to this resort, along the shores of Bay Lake. One-bedroom units will sleep up to five guests, while two-bedroom units will sleep up to eight. They will feature dramatic A-frame architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private porch overlooking the water, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Interiors will include references to Brother Bear, its Alaska setting, and themes of nature and discovery.

For a family that wants the resort to be a meaningful part of the vacation, those features may support more relaxation time at the hotel and fewer nights split between accommodations. However, rates, specific locations within the property, category-by-category inventory, and cancellation policies have not been announced. Studios and villas for couples, families, and groups

Duo studios will sleep up to two guests and have a colorful Encanto-inspired look. Deluxe studios will sleep up to four guests and bring Bambi’s woodland character into warm materials, original concept art from the archives, and comfortable living space. These are distinct paths: the first is a compact retreat for two, while the second raises capacity without moving into a multi-bedroom villa.

One- and two-bedroom villas will sleep up to five and nine guests, respectively, and will also draw from Bambi through soft earth tones, forest motifs, and landscape artwork. They will include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, private patio, and generous living and dining areas. Those features are particularly useful for families with different schedules, simple in-room meals, and clothing for several days; they may also reduce time spent on outside laundry and travel, though they do not replace advance planning for dining, admission, and transportation.

The largest villa, resort rooms, and Club Level access

Three-bedroom grand villas will sleep up to 12 guests and are designed with multigenerational travel in mind. Their Fantasia-inspired setting will include multiple bathrooms, a full kitchen, a private patio with Bay Lake views, and ample gathering areas. For a family reunion, that setup may simplify time together and allow households to share costs, but the 12-person limit is firm and the number of units has not been announced.

The resort-room lineup includes resort studios for up to four guests and resort studio king rooms for up to two. Inspired by Pocahontas, they will use earthy colors and artistic landscape details. Select Club Level resort rooms will provide access to The Artist’s Nest, a concierge lounge above the treetops with personalized service, complimentary refreshments, and exclusive views of Magic Kingdom fireworks. The eligible selected rooms and any added cost have not been specified, so guests should not build a budget around that access as if it were guaranteed.

The presidential suite and the reservation sequence

The Hidden Willow Presidential Suite will sleep up to six guests in two bedrooms with two full bathrooms.
