LEVEL99 Just Opened at Disney Springs: Your Complete Guide

There's a brand-new way to play at Disney World, and it has nothing to do with a roller coaster. LEVEL99 opened June 29, 2026 at Disney Springs, and it's unlike anything else on property. Think life-sized mini-games, a two-story bar, and Detroit-style pizza, all under one roof. Here's everything you need to know before you go.

What is LEVEL99?

LEVEL99 is an interactive gaming venue built for adults and teens. Picture a mix of escape room, obstacle course, and arcade, scaled up to life size. The Disney Springs location is the biggest one the company has ever built: 46,800 square feet packed with 63 different games and challenges across two floors. It's their first location in Florida, on the West Side of Disney Springs, near House of Blues and the Cirque du Soleil theater.

How it works

When you check in, you get an RFID wristband called a Veloband. You tap it to unlock any game you want, in any order, as many times as you like during your session. Most challenges last one to four minutes and are designed for groups of 2 to 6 people.

There are three ways to play:

  • Challenge Rooms: cooperative games where your group works together, testing physical skill, reflexes, or mental problem-solving.

  • Duels: head-to-head competitions between two players.

  • Art Hunt: a scavenger hunt across more than 40 original art pieces hidden throughout the venue.

Some standout games include Axe Run, where you race across a narrow beam dodging swinging axes, Ninja Swing, a rope-and-platform balance challenge, and Mansion Banquet, a logic puzzle where you seat finicky dinner guests before time runs out. Your progress even saves between visits, so you can climb the leaderboard over time.

The food and drinks

The centerpiece is a two-story bar serving made-from-scratch food. The menu includes LEVEL99's award-winning Detroit-style pizza, a wagyu house burger, chicken sandwiches, Korean BBQ sticky wings, ahi tuna poke, and salads. For dessert, there's a brown butter chocolate chip cookie and a coconut caramel blondie. Drinks cover handcrafted cocktails, local craft beer on tap, and non-alcoholic options. You can order at the first-floor kitchen window, the bar, or from satellite carts on the second floor, and you can pause your game time to eat.

Good to know: you can dine without playing any games if you just want the food, though players with reservations get priority when it's busy.

Tickets, hours, and prices

  • Tickets start at $29.99 per player, for a session of either 1.5 or 2.5 hours of play.

  • A premium pass add-on is available with expedited check-in and exclusive gifts.

  • Buy tickets ahead at level99.com. Walk-ins are welcome as capacity allows, but booking ahead is smart in these early weeks.

  • Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.

Is it worth it?

If you're traveling with teens, or you're an adult group looking for a night out that isn't another park day, this is a fantastic addition. It's also perfect for a rainy Florida afternoon or a rest day between parks. One thing to note: you don't need a park ticket to visit, since Disney Springs is free to enter. Just plan your parking, and arrive at least 60 minutes before your session.
